The Basic Rate includes water, comfortable bedding/blankets, Science Diet Adult Maintenance kibble fed once a day, and loving attention for all guests.
- Cats are let out in the “cat room” to stretch one at a time on a rotational basis.
- Sorry, but we cannot be responsible for personal items left with your pet. They are moved frequently to clean areas and their bedding, etc. is laundered frequently as well.
- Your pets will be handled and cared for with love! However, please understand that we do not provide 24-hour supervision.
- If your pet is on a special diet, we will be happy to feed what you provide at no additional charge.
- Medications are administered by our experienced veterinary staff. Arrangements can be made to accommodate most medical needs, including diabetic patients.
- Ask about a tour of our pet hotel, as well as a cleansing bath next door before your pet leaves!
